These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hero Up ("the Game"), a free mobile game for Android (package com.hero.up). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

The Game is intended for users aged 13 or older. By using the Game you represent that you meet this minimum age (or have parental consent where required).

2. Your account

The Game uses Google Sign-In to create and identify your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One account is intended for use on one device at a time — signing in from a new device may end the session on the previous device.

3. License to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer any ownership of the Game or its content.

4. Virtual items & currency

In-game gold, gems, orbs, heroes, equipment and similar items are virtual goods. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be adjusted, reset or removed as part of game balancing, anti-cheat actions or service changes. Optional rewarded ads that grant in-game rewards are provided at no monetary charge.

5. Advertising

The Game displays advertisements, including optional rewarded ads, served by Google AdMob. Ads are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for third-party content shown in ads. Abusing rewarded ads (automation, clicks without watching, exploitation of bugs) may result in reward removal or account suspension.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modding or cheating tools;
• Automating gameplay (bots) or exploiting bugs for advantage;
• Interfering with or disrupting servers and networks;
• Reselling virtual items or accounts without our written permission;
• Any use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Game — names, artwork, characters, sounds, code and designs — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Google Play and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (currently zero), except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms, including cheating or abuse. You may stop using the Game at any time and request account deletion by emailing lucpro9002@gmail.com.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
