This Privacy Policy describes how Hero Up ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you play our mobile game (Android, package com.hero.up). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

a) Google account information (Sign-In)

When you choose "Sign in with Google", Google provides us with your display name, email address and profile picture. We use this only to identify your game account. We never receive or store your Google password.

b) Game progress (server-side save)

Your in-game data — such as gold, gems, heroes, equipment, inventory, orbs and battle progress — is stored on our servers and linked to your account so your progress can sync across devices.

c) Advertising data

The Game uses Google AdMob to show ads (including optional rewarded ads). AdMob may collect device information such as the Advertising ID, device type, OS version and ad interaction data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

d) Automatically processed data

Basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as connection status and crash/error logs, may be processed to keep the Game stable.

2. How we use your information

To create and identify your game account;
To save, sync and restore your game progress;
To deliver, measure and improve advertising;
To detect abuse, fraud and technical problems;
To respond to support requests.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only with:

Google — for Sign-In and AdMob advertising services;
Our hosting/infrastructure providers — who process data on our behalf;
Authorities — when required by law.

4. Data retention & account deletion

We keep your data until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing lucpro9002@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Hero Up account". We will permanently remove your account and associated game data within 30 days, except data we must retain by law.

5. Children's privacy

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS transport, hashed credentials, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
